i just upgraded to a 4-channel amp and i am having troulble hooking up the 3rd and 4th channels from the amp to the mk2 controller. can i get a description or manual for the procedure to do this. i have been hooking up to the front rca outputs. the center and the rear outputs are not working, probably due to the console operator. anyhow if yall could send me info on how to ho0ok up all 4 channels from my amp i would really be be appriciative

You can use Andvanced config to do this, but i am not sure because i use external mixer. ou can try to ser booth stereo out at MK2 the same, so stereo out 1 as main out and the same for stereo out 2.
If this doesn't work you can use Y-splitters to split signal from 2 rca to 4 rca connectors.

i'll try, but y-splitters was my easy fix and that would not work.

I don't have it and i use external mixer and at partyes i often use mail out of it for satelites and booth out for subwoofers. So i can regulate booth. Its much easier to use external mixer with DJC.
