I have vdj 3.2 that came with my DJ console MK2. When i launch, it prompts me to upgrade to 3.4 i said Ok but i cant find the location where 3.4 was downloaded so i can launch it help need please

just do a search on your pc for virtualdj or where do u usually save ur downloads to? maybe my documents folder
 
thanks Philly DJ but i think i figured it out i did download ver 3.4 when i first got my MK2 but my laptop harddrive crashed since so its gone (very gone) but Virtualdj still has in there log that i already downloaded it. any ideas on how to unlock my account so i can download it again

next time when you will be in hurry or no internet will by near.
 
yes just contact them and they will reset the download for you, I go through this everytime i clean my hard drives ..and forget where i put my backup
