Hey can anyone let me know if the beats per minute can be set up for the pc to scan itself instead of only locating it and saving it when you load to play.

Please let me know

just select the song u want to get the bpm for in virtualdj browser and right click analyse or u can do the search the hd thing and check off anylize songs ...but be ready for a long wait depending on how many songs ..
 
What I do normally is scan my hard disk for files first. Then select "Local database" and order by bpm. Then all songs not yet analysed are grouped together. Then I select All those not yet analysed files. Click right and select "Analyse".
