This will be implemented in new mapper come from TexZK user, the idea is a little windows with some buttons with the possibility to enable and disable the jog, see my work on skin where you can see a preview image of the mapper. http://www.virtualdj.com/blog/cioce/?category=2
Don't worry, the last beta version have the jog ON-OFF buttons.
In any case you can use the DJCEL mapper v2.0 to disable, I will make a print screen of the mapper setup this evening when I will be at home with my computer and console.
