Wonder if there would be a way to set up the existing crossfader to be configured with VDJ for like crossfading video... I would pay someone to mod my Vestax PMC-05 ProII to be used with VDJ for scratch mixing video. Keep me from paying $750 for the Ecler Nuo 4.

Long time ago, when VDJ wasn't MIDI compatible at all, some guys made crossfaders with analog joysticks... I wonder if VDJ still implements the joystick in the input devices today ?

while you hold button 1 on the joystick, the X axis of the stick is used as crossfader. at least it worked in 3.2(3.3??) when I was testing it

I've got a similar project in progress at the mo - using the circuitry out of an old MIDI keyboard. That gives me over 40 channels that i could assign to pushbuttons, as well as the pitch bend control which will be wired up to a crossfader....
