i have two Stanton T.80 turntables, i have the baseline Stanton Mixer, but it makes static noises when I crossfade...I want a new mixer, what is a good mixer to use for scratching...i don't want anything over $150..

Try using some contact lubricant on it. It's probably just a little dirty. Mine did that and I sprayed both sides and it was fine. I have a low level Stanton mixer too. The spray should at least hold you over until you can get a better mixer. Denon makes good mixers around 150 or 200.
