i update the software to3.4 version-then i was asked to unplag usb port push1,2,3 button
on the left side and put the usb back and wait on next window what i did.then i recive an error masage that something is wrong.i disconect and conect again the usb port but there is something wrong beceuse both onthe left and on the right side cue and play buttons are all the time on and there is no conection with software.is there a way how to update the firmware again.PLS HELP
