So if I'm running the demo I will only be able to test one vinyl? I just ordered 2 because I want to try it to see if it's good and then buy the full version if it's up to par.

that's right with the demo you can only test 1 vinyl out AND not in ASIO mode. Which means that you might not get the perfect/proper feel when testing it. You will see how it works and that's about it. When you buy the full version you can use an ASIO soundcard to get a lower latency and you will notice that they work just like a real record plus you get the bonus of using loops ;)
