Topic: Can someone help? =]

Well I just downloading the trial version and it keep saying:

VirtualDJ will not try to connect to the internet and check if a new version is available

You can disable this action in the CONFIG menu at any time.


I'm not really sure how to disable that can someone direct me to the right place, I'm also sorry if this is in the wrong section.

Click "ok" and the program should open up.
Then click config in the top right corner and go to general tab.
3rd from the top "auto update", click enable and it will change to disable.
 
Hm, Its odd because after I click ok nothing happens. I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice. Do you think I'm going something wrong apon install?
 
Did you get the install link from this site or somewhere else on the net?
 
I got it from this site (aka Download.com) I'm not at all sure whats going wrong, I'm very good with software but this is puzzling me to the extreme.
 
Try disconnecting from internet before starting the program. Might do the trick.
 
Something else you can do if nothing else helps.

What resolution is your system set up to run?
 
If your screen is in 800x600 VDJ won't open.

You need to be in 1024x768 minimum.
