Hey people,
I just got vdj i need help setting it up I was a pcdj user....
my config is:
Sound card: Maya 44 mkII (internal)
Control: DMC1
Denon external mixer
1. how do i setup the sound with 2 channels right now both sides play in 1 channel
2. how do i also setup my cd player to control vdj (Denon 5000 cd player)
3. can i use both dmc nd the denon 5000 at the same time

1. if you only want to use the maya, without using the Denon player to control VDJ, you have to configure the soundcard in vdj in 4.1 soundcard and select the maya44 as soundcard.
2. to use the cd player to control vdj, you will need to download and burn the Time Coded CD, get it here:
http://www.virtualdj.com/products/timecode/ (it's at the end of the page)
Then in VDJ select ASIO configuration and select Activated Decks as Input and Use the timecode configuration tutorial:

3. i don't know never tested it, but i suppose you can.
