Topic: What does the LUL mean?

由于该帖子已年深日久,可能包含陈旧过时或描述错误的信息。

Just above the volume bars, there's a little blue box with 'LUL', and the word gain next to it. Annoyingly, it keeps changing to rediculous numbers and distoring some of the songs. I turned the auto gain off, but it still changes. WHY!?

LVL=Level but in fact it's the gain indicator

If your song is not scanned, yes the number can change to find the good level during a moment but it doesn't adjust to the other deck. It's just for the scan.

You have to know the scan has priority on everything the first time but after you can modify the data as you want

There are 2 levels inside VDJ.
One is original "loudness" of song
The other is gain adjustment.

Each song "looks" different, and if you turn autogain off you should see the actual level of the song.
If you put always 0db, VDJ will try to compansate the level of song to 0db.

If you just double click on the gain it should set the gain knob to "0" that means "do not change the gain of song", but indicators will show "loudness" of song ...
