There is a problem when anybody choose "Activate" in the Video output tab in the config menu. When is enabled the song last too much time too be fully loaded. There is a huge dif. when is enabled or disabled this option in loading time of the song. I don't know why because one things is video and the other is music. This happens in Virtual Dj Full 3.2 version. Check it please.

It's known behavior to protect the video when skipping and there is an option to turn this function off and have faster loading.
