virtual dj tells me that people can listen my radio station by going to http://24.26.198.10:8000/virtualdj.mp3 why won't it connect in winamp

I have VirtualDJ FULL!!! I want to broadcast, BUT my dad won't allow me to open port 8000. Is there a specific address or something I can add so I can just allow virtaul dj in and out of port 8000. If you dont know what i am talking about,

First, if you have a legal licence, you should enter your serial here:

anyways, you can direct Virtual DJ to broadcast to other porst than 8000. (look at broadcast settings).
Now, no matter what port you choose, you still have to open that up for both ways in firewall, or no software can broadcast and let others listen to you.
In your image, you are at the correct place, if you are using WindowsXP firewall. You need to allow Virutal DJ to connect to internet (best would be no matter what port), or asign spesific ports.
