Hello,
I bought yesterday a new DJ CONSOLE MK2. I download the latest drivers en It wil not work with Virtuel DJ. I called the helpdesk, but nobody there! A lot of money voor such a bad helpdesk. I'll try here.
The erro i get is:
"Could'nt lock device du to asid not loaded during psco updat (psoc error code: 15). and lock notyet possible during tusb update (tusb) error code: 20)
I also send the helpdesk a mail, but no reaction till now.
Pleas help??

Hi,
1) Obviously you have met a problem in the driver/firmware update, so you should uninstall your Console and re-install it with the drivers you downloaded on Hercules website an reflash your console.
2) Hercules helpdesk is open this week (and was obviouly open yesterday), so check the opening hours on http://ts.hercules.com/eng/index.php?pg=contact_others.
"A bad helpdesk" may be simple a helpdesk you don't call in their opening hour
