Hello,
I bought yesterday a new DJ CONSOLE MK2. I download the latest drivers en It wil not work with Virtuel DJ. I called the helpdesk, but nobody there! A lot of money voor such a bad helpdesk. I'll try here.
The erro i get is:
"Could'nt lock device du to asid not loaded during psco updat (psoc error code: 15). and lock notyet possible during tusb update (tusb) error code: 20)
I also send the helpdesk a mail, but no reaction till now.
Pleas help??

hmm.. doesnt look good
Thats for sure a hardware issue/driver issue with the console.
My best guess would be to reinstall all the drivers.
Anyway, dont think anyone here can help much, but only the Hercules team (www.hercules.com)
