Could anybody please help me! Why does VDJ sometimes do a fast crossover when it's set for 8 or 16s crossover?

VDJ with automix option enable do a crossfader mix in 8sec or 16 sec. 16 seconds are more time than 8 seconds, so 8 will do in the half of time all the crossfader mix.
If sometimes this mix take more than the specified time, maybe your equipment doesn't is to fast, and slow the crossfader mix.

Ok maybe I did'nt state my problem clearly. The crossfader works fine when I set it to 8 or 16s. Sometimes it hapens that it is supposed to do a 8 s crossfade but it will happen instantly with automix. Beat lock is set. Is the fault possiably that you start playing the song and then set the beatlock or must you first set beatlock and then start playing the song.

If you click in Automix, VDJ do the automix at this time, right now. If you want to do atomix at the slected point you must right-click the automix for that.

Verify the option "force fade" too => enabled
