话题: Headphone delay

has anyone experienced a delay in the audio from what you're cueing in the headphone, from what's playing in the main program. tried all types of sound configs without any success. even tried splitters but when you switch the cue to the other deck there's a noticable drop in the volume of the main program. I noticed this delay when trying to bring in a mix , and also played the same song in the main program and then cued it in the headphone and can hear the headphone is delayed. thanks

Sony Vaio, centrino, 1.6 ghz, 512 mb ram

Internal sound card... Yamaha AC-XG WDM audio
External in slot ..... Soundblaster Audigy 2 Z5

no matter which one I choose to use as the headphone there's still a delay

any advice???

That happened to me when I had 1.09 and two sound cards, and I had 256 MB RAM and when I upgraded to 768 it worked fine with 1.09 but then in 2.00 it came back, (I don't think it has to do something with memoru anyway

Maybe you'll want to setup one of those sound cards as 4 speakers and use one output for master and the other one for headphones... that works fine for me with a SB Live 5.1 Digital

is that in the advanced sound config, to set it up as four speakers?

in the Sound Blaster Config. Use the Creative Sound Control. Set the Audigy 2 SZ in 5.1 mode and after that go to VDJ and set Audigy 2 as your current Audio card with headphones in 5.1.
