HOW DO I KEEP THE PITCH CENTRED WHEN I LOAD A NEW SONG AND ALSO KEEP BEAT MATCHING ABILITY ENABLED??

Well If I understand you correctly you want the pitch of the lyrics to stay the same but you want the bpm to change so that it is the same as the song you are playing. Enable auto beatmatch and also enable time stretch in the options menu.
