Hi, I am from Germany and I love this prog., but I have problems with my 2 soundcards. 1. 128 live 2. an older one SB 16. Whatever I do in the options, I only hear the sound from one card and I cannot use my headphone, so, what should I do, please help me, please..

Sorry, what I have forgot to say: I have the full version and I do can change the options. The options are: first soundcard is 128 live and second is my SB 16. It is the first in the 3rd row and the 2nd in the second row...
So, please do not say, only for full versions. I do have the full version, OK?!

Hi Forum People,
Its all very well replying in German (mama, forum moderator), and I can understand whats written in the reply, even though I dont speak German, but I thought the point of a forum is to post answers to peoples questions, not direct them to the all to well known service/support e-mail address for help.
I would like to get my two soundcards functioning with headphones as well. One SoundBlaster 128 PCI standard model type card, and an onboard intel chipset sound card called 'AC '97 Sound Card'. They will both only work one at a time, not both simultaneously. How about an answer in this forum. It's called ' - Forum : Atomix Technical Support - ' isnt it?

klar wende ich mich an den Support, aber ich finde, dass das Problem hier sehr häufig angesprochen wird, und Du immer nur an den support verweisst. Warum gibt es ein technisches Forum, wenn Du eh an den support weiterleitest. Ist das vielleicht ein Problem seitens Atomix (2 Soundkarten), welches noch nicht behoben wurde, oder glaubst Du ich hätte das Programm gecrackt? Na ja, warst keine grosse Hilfe, kann ich leider nicht weiterempfehlen, da bleib ich lieber bei virtual DJ......

Schade, dass du mich nicht weiterempfehlen kannst, aber ich schliesse gerne die häufigste Ursache für dieses Problem im voraus aus und spare mir so viel Arbeit. Und die häufigste Ursache ist eben der crack. :-))
Solltest du also keinen Crack benutzen, schreib bitte kurz an den Support, dann kriegen wir das schon in den Griff.
Before I spend a lot of time in answering the most posted problem depending on the usage of a crack, I´ld like to check if you use a full version. If it´s so, we´ll fix this problem, if not, I saved a lot of time. :-))

Did you already upgrade DirectX to version 8a? You can check this with the file dxdiag.exe located on your HDD.
