I have the 1.12 version and can't make the downloaded skins (.bmp & .xml files) work. I've noticed that the only additional skin that works is the Dennon which has a .ini file instead of the .xml and is completely different.

Yep, the newer cooler skins do not work with the out dated version. If you're using 1.12... you will not believe the difference to the 2.1 version. Try the demo, then you'll have to buy it! The improvements are simply too many to mention, but it's 10 times better than the version you are using.
