Does anyone know if there is a similair shoutcast plugin for atomix which would be able me mix live on shoutcast like on winamp??/

Yes the dsp plugin you use for winamp is the same that you use for Atomix. Just hit the record feature in atomx and change the file type you are looking for to broadcast plugin then search your pc to find the dsp for shoutcast. Usually located in your winamp directory. Mind you recording in Atomix requires the full version.
