Just wondering if is possible to assign shortcuts only to a specific deck, instead of selecting deck A or B first. I am thinking about building a special keyboard for atomix...

Lets give this "anon" the benefit of the doubt and inform them about the shortcut features of Atomix. If you have the trial version you can assign some shortcuts but I believe that some aren't there. In the full version all shortcuts can be assigned to seperate decks.
