Rasking
have two laptops and activated my license on the two, I deactivated the license and formatted the drives and installed clean windows, now I tried activating the software on the two laptops but there is a message showing I have activated the software on four machines and can't activate the software.

I'm not sure what you mean by activate. When you start the program it asks you to log in with your email and password . If you've done that and you have used the email that is attached to your license it should be unlocked
