I want to map a few custom buttons or pads to switch scenes etc in OBS. Is this possible? AI seems to think that vdjscript has commends called obs_*, then changed to osc_*, then tried to get me to install third party network 'helpers' to use os2l commands... I no longer have faith in AI with this. What is the definitive answer? Thanks :)

Windows, I made a plugin, calls keys F13-F24 and a couple of media keys to get the count up to 16, sends the key presses to OBS, that are seen like keyboard shortcuts.
I haven't updated obs in a while, I don't use it heavily and the update when I said.... 'nah' included a m$ redistribute.
And no obs_* is not a command, the AI is talking out its SCSI hole, as per usual.

open the fx gui, press the buttons.
or just call the buttons with script
effect_button obsKeys 1 etc
with obs settings in focus it will see the keypress to assign, and main obs as last focus for the app it will see the key press and perform whatever you keybinded to the key.
