On my Intel MAc I am still using syphon. I cant get it to work on an M1 or M4, is it work in progress or this is it?

Had a quick look, but doesn't look like the project is still very active.
The last official release is from 2019 and still didn't include support for Metal instead of OpenGL, which would be required for modern versions of macOS.
There does appear to be some more recent work for supporting Metal, but given that even those files seem to be updated 3 years ago it looks like not much progress is being made.
Probably better to move to NDI.
