Whilst streaming to Twitch this weekend, I've been getting the above message in VDJ, and having checked the Twitch stats, they show an unstable stream lasting 10-60 seconds regularly all the way through the 3hr stream.
My stream settings in VDJ have not changed (1280x720@5000, 128) and my upload speed is over 900Mbps full fibre.
A web speed test shows no issues, so I'm wondering if it's at my end (VDJ) or Twitch. I've not noticed any other problems in general internet use.

I think the cpu tooltip in VirtualDJ might offer some additional info on wether a hardware encoder is used.
If not that might be the reason why it can't catch up.
