Where were these requests/ppl when DJay introduced it?
Don't get me wrong desire is fully understandable and welcome, but people have to be reasonable given how these things work (contracts and liability for mistakes/not following the contracts) - do we really think Atomix would actively not want to inform people of a feature that has many requesters/is becoming available elsewhere?
There are people (not pointing fingers at anyone here, just what I've seen in various forums/social media pages) trying to play off the lack of its presence in VirtualDJ and its presence in some other popular software as somehow being some defining standard of being acceptable DJ software - it isn't and will never be a measuring stick (those people insisting this are confusing to me, because it's proveable that other offerings, do have pretty much an equivalent catalogue, and having that much dependence on streaming services to make such a claim is somewhat telling about them as a DJ itself).
