Hi everyone,
I recently purchased a Hercules Inpulse T7 and the headphone mix knob sat dormant. I was unable to hear the song I was mixing into unless i clicked the headphone button the cued deck, where it would then come full volume and drown out the current song. I have somehow through fiddling with the mapping been able to get half of the knob to work, where 50% (12 o'clock position) will play both decks at 50% and then when you continue to turn to 100% (5 o'clock position) both volumes die out completely.
As well as this, my business partner uses a Hercules inpulse 500 and he has the same issue with the mixed volume not working at all and even replicating the steps I made on my software, his fails to work at all where mine works half way.
I hope this issue makes sense to those reading, I'll add screen shots of the mixer (it's knob 18 in the mixer screen shot) and the virtual DJ setting I'm expecting the hardware to trigger (although it seems obvious to most users, I hope).
Thank you for those who read this and take the time to help,
Tom

Just checking the factory default mapping for the Hercules DjControl Impulse T7, it does seem that the HP_CUEMIX does not have a mapping, so maybe that is why it isn't doing anything.
- @devs is that intentional (Cue Mix is handled by the hardware) or was this missed?
ONINIT doesn't seem to use fake_hpmix, so something does seem a bit weird here (or maybe I'm misunderstanding the layout). - If it was missed/not intended, could you try adding headphone_mix to that key (HP_CUEMIX) as a custom mapping and see if that works?
