Hello I have a question, I come from Germany and bought the music plan via transaction today. But I still can't use it and it says that the subscription is inactive. Can someone help me? Best regards

Are you logged in to VDJ with the same details that you used when paying for the subscription?
 
yes, when I click on manage orders it still says that the subscription is inactive. But could it be that it's because I paid by bank transfer and that's why it takes a while for it to be processed? Because the email also says that it can take up to 3 days
 
Ah, then you may well have to wait until after the new year.
