Topic: a problem connected login vdj help please
Hello to you.

I have a connection problem on the identification.
I launch my virtual dj I try to connect they tell me:
"unable to connect to the servers please check to have an internet connection" (I changed everything but it still does not work it's been 2 days that I am looking for solutions I even tried to connect by internet identification and the page does not load (blocking ads does not want and I even disabled my firewall) still no change I would really need help from the community please.

Hello I have tried to log in but account locked kindly assist
 
same issue.
checked all my settings.
not blocked by a firewall.
lets me login here but not in VDJ software. says i dont have an account when i have.
tried mixxx my backup software to do my set and thats not working either and saying no internet connection when i have.
so seems something is stopping me from doing my set.
VDJ not letting me login MIXXX not letting me to connect to my stream saying no internet.
 
installed the software on a diff PC and still getting the same thing. tried all the links help desk gave me and all r blocked. spent ages in help chat and tried everything they told me and still cant get a connection.
disabled my internet security program to see if thats blocking it still not working. downloaded the latest version still not working.
so either ive been blocked by my network for some reason as i cant get a connection to my streaming service either on a dff DJ software.
but strange all VDJ links i got sent to check things r all blocked except this site.

still refusing to connect. tried rebooting my PC tried it on another PC. reset my router. checked to make sure its on the firewall. its just not connecting. same with my streaming server. it shows no atempts to login to that either. started yesterday and missed a set. now looks like im going to miss todays set as well. tried the help desk and did everything they suggested and still nothing. was al working fine and been using VDJ for about a year with no issues. only changes i made to my PC since the last time it worked was replacing the PSU. but that doesn explain why i cant connect on any PC ive tried. or any other networks. so something is blocking me from using VDJ and my streaming service.
 
Maybe check in VDJ just in case if you accidentally got something in internetProxyURL option, and clear it if so.
 
might try contacting ur ISP as turns out my issue was with the DNS so had to change it to 1 my ISP gave me.
