When I tried running the latest version(as a pc stand alone), it wasn't analyzing files properly. Tunes would play, but the display flies by super fast and has no piques or ticks for me to line up beats. I tried uninstalling and installing 3 different older versions, now the bpm and/or key aren't displaying... Aaaaaah! Help!

sounds more like user error than a bug.
go to the bar on the left of the waveform display and readjust the size and speed of the waveform or use mouse to scroll in and out on the waveform to adjust size and speed.
should also probably read the manual so you know basic functions in the software and how to adjust them.

there's also that whole DON'T KEEP UNINSTALLING / RE-INSTALLING... that leads to making things MUCH worse. you might have actually corrupted something by doing that.
