Hey guys, does anyone know the contact or email for virtual dj. I can't seem to find a way to contact them online, the contact support button leads to nothing on the website. Thanks so much!

I have purchased licence for the linked to ** email removed ****
Have signed in with past word but vdj still thinks it's a trail version that has expired.
Could u please help resolve this.

We see a purchase of a Monthly subscription, but for some reason it's registered to a different email/account.

Good Day Virtual DJ Team, I would like to ask for assistance regaring one of my controller which is Pioneer DDJ-RX. I've been using it with VDJ for several years with no issue in the past, however this particular controller suddenly does'nt work with VDJ anymore. Our software could'nt detect it, I've tried using different usb cable & I even try to uninstall & reinstall the latest version of the driver that I've downloaded from pioneer. Kindly give me some advise or solution, if you are familiar with this kind of issue. Thank You.
 
Are you using a Mac and running VDJ b8600?

There was an issue recently and djdad said "Please remain on Public Build 8553 until we provide a fix"
 
I’m using windows 11, with the latest vdj version just updated yesterday. Thank You
