In my case, the trouble started after a Windows update which apparently changed some settings in the power plans. Creating a new (performant) power plan solved the issues this time.

Try to activate ultra power energy modus over regedit
start cmd as admin
Then u can change to it in the energy saving settings.
But i think u have to set minimum cpu to 100% and deactivate usb power saving there and in the device manager.

@hardyhardwich. The same problem has started occurring again. When I installed all windows i stopped all updates and have never updated. Its not occurring much but last night i had an 8 hours gig happened like 5 times. What do you reckon is the issue?
