When I am at home using Virtual DJ with my Numark mixtrack pro2 everything works perfectly well but when I am out at a venue my controller stops working is this to do with licensing and how can I fix it?

check your machine is logged in when playing out.
Login at home and check "stay logged in" if connecting when out is a problem.
