Topic: Intermittent screech sound
I am using the DDJ REV 5. When I scratch there is an intermittent screech sound that happens. I was told this could be a problem with the Audio buffer size. Please advise.

increase latency setting and see if it goes away :-)
 
Its currently set at 256. What should I set it at ?
 
try 512 to start if no improvement try 1024 if it goes away at 1024 your going to want to fix the latency issue cause it will probably be to high for scratching
 
When I go to the performance options in settings it says, "latency in samples" Will changing this setting have any effect on tracks?
 
Why not just try it, and find out?
