Hi everyone,
I have lots of songs on my MacBook but their not in nice and tid/sorted folders. That used to be fine when i was working more often as a club DJ.
Now i'm doing a few private parties/events here and there due to other commitments, playing more of a variety of music from different years and genres, i have noticed now i'm relying more on searching for songs or going through messy folders rather as before when they coming to me naturally .
Is there anyway or hack that my songs can be automatically sorted into Genres or playlists so my tracks are easily found ?
Somehow automatically sort out my hard drive ???
Many thanks in advance for any help !

Tons - mostly based on filter folders
But try starting by adding the "My Library" extension from under extensions -> other -> database filters
That is really a collections of pre-defined filter folders, like divide into genres, years, play time, most played, bpms and so on
My guess is that it will be a good starting point
