You could have anything showing on your primary screen (along with VirtualDJ), e.g your bbc player and then use the Screen grab Plugin to define what to grab and show on your video output.

other idea might be NDI but I've not seen any browser based things available. But could exist in theory. I only searched for a minute or two.
