Please help me i paid for this and i cant login tryed everything i am going to request my money back if i get no help.

Raise a support ticket on the forum and someone will get back to you.
 
Try logging in with one of the social accounts you've associated with Virtual DJ. e.g. Facebook.
 
No facebook account here and these dont work either
 
Have you tried the credentials you use to logon to this forum?

Those credentials show you as a Pro Subscriber.

Have you ever had a cracked version of VDJ installed?
Because that ruins you network setup as part of the crack

EDIT: the utils in the links above should fix it
 
I bought the wrong software license for my controller and I am in need to change it as I cant use my controller. What can be done in such a situation. Tried rising a ticket but haven't heard back.
