Hi I'm looking to see if it possible to put a video on re loop, so it plays over again once finished?

A few ways I could have sworn there was a script, I found relay_play but that's for 2 deck

If it's a short clip, like an ad or a jingle/drop, you could load it to the sampler, which offers looping.

another way - if u only need to show the video and save used Decks - would be to drop the file to a sampler slot, open with Sampler Editor and then choose to Loop and disable its Audio.
then you can trigger the Video from the Sampler.

drag the video to the sample bank - open sampler editor and tell it to loop.
or just drag to automix and put it on repeat.
