Not enough information.
I'll assume since you mention expiry that you were subscribed to VirtualDJ's Music streaming service. In that case, the tracks are not yours. They're rented, and will only work when you have an active subscription.

ive paid for a subcription its been nearly a month my licence was lost in a typo email that i dont even own virtual dj added it to my account..still no music that ive paid for its been a month and feel robbed
