Any takers on a plugin that change the key of the tail up/down??

not me but how would it differ from spiral?

same as always, in app

in app >> extensions >> effects >> audiofx >> search spiral
 
Naw that doesnt give me the effect I'm looking for and it only goes up.
 
try twist the other direction
