How I can set things so when I change information in a tag, it also mirrors this change in the original mp3?

SetTagsAuto yes
 
Tried that. Isn't working.
 
I've literally tried everything. Nothings changing. Seems my only option is to click the little button "RENAME FILE" beside individual file names after I change the name in VDJ.

Driving me nuts.
