Topic: Buy a license pop up

Reaching out for support please. I purchased VirtualDJ HOME PLUS for Numark Party Mix for $49 in April 2022 but am yet to be able to use the platform successfully as even though the license is showing in my account, the system stops after 10 minutes and prompts me to buy a license. Any advise or suggestions gratefully appreciated thanks.

sounds like your audio config isn't inline with the H+ requirements.

It appears that you purchased a Plus license for Party Mix but you re trying to connect a Party Mix MKII
