Hi! I just bought the pro infinity licensed and i connect to my ddj 1000 srt but i noticed that the magvel fader is not working. Please help me how this work?

Do you have the crossfader assign switches set correctly ?
And if so, have you choose a proper crossfader curve ?
Open Settings, -> Options and type "crossfaderCurve" on the searchbox on top. Put 0.5 as it's value and try again.
