Topic: Denon MCX 8000 Cannot control it

I have an MCX 8000 controller. It install correctly and it shows that I'm using it for play back.. When I click play on VDJ it works. But none of the buttons ( like play) work on the controller to the VDJ program.. What am I missing. I'm using the factory settings

Did you install the Denon drivers for Windows ?
Are the Input Source switches at the top of each mixer channel on PC position ?
 
I have it in pc at the top. I didn’t have to install anything. It came up automatically
 
 
I did that. But I did get it to work. I reinstalled the drivers on the laptop. Thanks for the help
