I feel this might be more of a hardware restriction, but is it possible to have the tempo display to 2 decimal places on the REV 7 display? It's not a major thing, but I'd really like to not have to look at the screen to get the tempo adjusted accurately.

You guessed right. It's a hardware/firmware restriction.
