Can you broadcast from Mixcloud and twitch simultaneously?
If so how can I do it?

Either Restream, or use a second computer running OBS.

Also worth noting that once your stream gets popular enough to make Twitch Partner, they will no longer let you do this, you have to give them exclusivity when you go live.
