My range is set to +- 80. The bpm of first song is 110 and the second 130 (diff 20). With automix turned on, the bpm's didn't move at all to beat match..the second song stayed at 130 during the transition. I tested the slider and it moved the 80 up and down. Any Idea as to why this is happening with my automix?

What is your automixMode set to?
Beatmatching will only happen all the time in smart mode.
In other modes it will only match if the bpm is within +-6%, or when a manual tempo mix is created in the automix editor.

It didn't work in smart mode either. It just went right there...i attached a photo for your reference. There was an extremely short transition and the BPMs stayed at their original BPM. Looks like i will have to do this in the automix editor. Thanks.

It will depend on the songs as well if smart mode will decide to do a short cut mix or a longer beatmix
