HOW DO I ADD SAMPLER EFFECTS

Assuming you want to add effects to the output of the sampler, there's a dedicated FX unit for the sampler (see manual).
 
 
 
Is there a way to have a scratchable loop type sample bank?
 
why don't you make one?
 
 
And easily create your own, from cool parts of songs, external sources or even mic
