just downloaded the free version of VirtualDy, as my new Mac has rendered my Mixmiester Fusion useless due to it being 64bit... oh well...:-(
So I do Mixcloud mixes of soul music, all on 45 & LP, which I digitise and dove tail end in, no beat mixing, I just use my ear to make it a great show. I also speak over the mixes, back announce tracks and all that... So I really dont need to Virtual Dj to do much, However...
I need to configre my Mic, which doesnt seem to be working, and I just need to set this up to do the above easily...
Any help greatfully recieved.
Cheers all, Ma.C

Details please. What mic are you using, how & where is it connected? What other equipment (if any) are you using - i.e. controller, audio interface?

You're sending the VDJ master output to the Rode?
The mic is an input, not an output. The master needs to feed your speakers.
Ideally you need a second audio interface for cueing (the headphone signal).
